Not finding an item in our catalog?

Materials are ordered three months before the release date, please hold any requests before that time. Librarians at your branch may be able to tell you if the title is on order. Library staff will determine if the item meets our selection criteria, and are diligent in ordering popular titles three months in advance of the release date.

We receive many requests and are unable to update you on the status of the request.

Interlibrary Loan - Looking for something the Library doesn’t own? You can make an Interlibrary Loan request to find an out-of-print or academic book (no textbooks) or article that may be borrowed from other library systems outside of Palm Beach County. An example of an academic title might include books published by university presses.
