about a serious illness or chronic condition? Are you looking
for answers about a new
prescription?
According to the U.S. Dept of Health & Human Services Agency for
Healthcare Research and Quality, research shows that patients
who are more involved in their health care tend to get better
results and be more satisfied.
The Library’s Community Health Information Service (CHIS) can
help you find the research to read and discuss with your doctor
so that you can make the best health decisions possible.
