Digital Media Collection Introduces EPUB eBooks! |
 We are pleased to announce that readers at the Palm Beach County Library System can now check out and download EPUB eBooks from our Digital Media Collection.
EPUB eBook downloads are electronic versions of conventional print books. Users can browse our Digital Media Collection site for titles, check them out with their Palm Beach County Library card, and download them to their home computer. EPUB eBooks can be read on both PC and Macintosh computers using Adobe Digital Editions software, available to download and install free on our site. EPUB eBooks can also be transferred to the Sony Reader for reading on the go.
Currently there are over 500 EPUB titles to choose from in wide variety of fiction and nonfiction genres and subjects. Additional titles will be added to the collection on a monthly basis.
With the introduction of EPUB eBooks, our Digital Media Collection now includes almost 4000 text, audiobook, and music titles available to be enjoyed from home 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
