We want to make life a little easier for your book club. We have prepared “Book Club in a Bag” kits: bags that contain 10 copies of the same book for your members! Discussion guides and questions are available online in our catalog as a clickable link, this is also where you may place a hold on the kit you would like to receive. Book Club in a Bag kits are available for adult, children and teen groups. We even have titles in large print and en español, too!

Here are some great books on Hoopla that will help keep your book club active while social distancing! Remember, all Hoopla titles are available instantly for you and your book club members to enjoy!
Frequently Asked Questions
In the LIBRARY CATALOG, you can see how many bags are available. If the Bag is not currently available, you may place a hold. This may take some time as the Bag has a two month lending period, so you may want to select another title.
The Online Discussion Guide link can be accessed in the catalog when you search for the title, this is also where you may place a kit on hold!
Place a hold on the first kit online and contact a staff member to get more copies of the same title.
You can keep the bag for 60 days with one renewal if no one has placed a hold on the Bag.
Take the Bag, with the 10 copies, to the member services desk. Do not put the Bags in the automated book returns or in book drops.
Let a staff member know if any items are missing. We appreciate you making every attempt to locate and return all copies.
Inform a staff member as soon as possible. There will be a charge for lost Bags.
