| The Library provides rotating collections of
large-print books to nursing homes, adult life care facilities, and
other long-term care facilities for use by the residents.
Books-by-Mail staff will work with staff of the
facility to select a collection of from 15 to 50 books, with a mix
appropriate for the reading interests of the residents. Books are
charged out to the facility and sent free of charge, to be kept for
up to 90 days; at the end of 90 days they are returned free of
charge to Books-by-Mail, and exchanged for a new collection.
