Enjoy a glass of wine and light refreshments with this New York Times best-selling author as he talks about his latest book, "The One Man." Food and drinks at 5:30 pm, followed by an author talk and book signing. All proceeds from the event will go towards library activities sponsored by the Friends of the Library.

Welcome to Winter Wonderland

Winter - the season when the days are shorter and the weather dips, snow flurries fall and icicles form and we tend to hibernate indoors to avoid the cold. Well not in the Winter Wonderland known as Palm Beach County. While we enjoy somewhat cooler temperatures we can still embrace the winter season with events and activities at many locations.

Discover Japanese culture at this Palm Beach County gem. Children presenting a valid library card from any Palm Beach County library will receive free admission along with one accompanying adult. The day will be filled with activities, entertainment and folding fun. Don’t miss it!

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, an annual campaign to increase awareness of the disease. You can find resources that can help you learn about early detection, treatment and support services. Online health resources are available in the library or from home with your library card using Online Resources.
