Searching for the Answers - Finding information for the benefit of local government.
Since 1989, the Government Research
Service Section of the Palm Beach County Library System has
responded to the research and information needs of public service
staff and elected officials for the benefit of county, municipal and
regional governments in Palm Beach County. The GRS Section has
received three County Administrator's Golden Palm Awards for
public service in Palm Beach County.

Services To Government:

Government Research E-mail Service to provide timely
assistance with government research projects.

Research services; article,
demographic and ongoing SDI searches of print and electronic
databases for information of use to government clients.

Library Administration staff
project research and assistance.

Library Legal and
Government Resources training for
government clients through individual or group sessions. Call
233-2600, Ext. 42777 for more information.

Public Review Documents files used by agencies to meet legal
requirements.

U.S. and Florida Government Serials Collection.

Update
newsletter edited and published bi-monthly to notify
government staff of resources available through the Library
System.

The "Weekly
E-Report" of
new government studies in the library is e-mailed weekly to government agencies.
