The
Palm Beach County Library System's Genealogy Research
information site is provided as a public service by the PBCLS
Government Research Service staff and volunteer subject
experts from throughout the library system. Its mission is to
promote the wealth of family history resources available
through the library system, local organizations, and the
Internet, and to assist in their use. Note : All family
history research performed by Library System staff is in
compliance with the National Genealogical Society "Standards
For Use of Technology in Genealogical Research"
GRS Section staff was awarded the 2006 Genealogy
Outstanding Achievement Award by the Florida State
Genealogical Society in recognition of contribution in the
field of Florida Genealogy and local history.
