Friends of the
Library
The purpose of the Friends is to
maintain an association of persons interested in books and
libraries; to focus public attention on library services, facilities
and needs; and to stimulate gifts of books, magazines, desirable
collections, endowments, and bequests.

The Board of Directors
meets on the fourth Thursday of each month; all members are welcome
to attend. To confirm date and time, call 233-2767. To leave a

Money will be used to promote enhanced library services, provide financial
assistance for special events, and advocate for library needs.

developing and expanding its services and facilities to the
community.

communicate with members of the County Commission and State
Legislature about library programs, progress, and needs.
Happenings,
our monthly newsletter and calendar of library events, is mailed to
all members.
Annual Friends membership begins at
$15; Family membership is $25 per year. All contributions and dues
are tax deductible.
