Braille and Audio Reading Download (BARD) from National Library Service for the Blind and Print Disabled BARD is accessible to anyone who is receiving the recorded digital books from the National Library Service for the Blind and Print Disabled. Members who do not want to receive physical digital books can use BARD to listen to books on a mobile device or laptop.
