9th Annual Children's Book Week
Celebration
November 11 - 17, 2007
Celebrate Children's Book Week
with a wide range of fun and exciting programs, starting with a
full day of fun at the Palm Beach Zoo in West Palm
Beach.
Throughout the week, children of all ages will enjoy special story
times and can enter a bookmark design contest.
Admission is FREE to all
programs held at library locations. For reservations, call the branch listed.

Families Reading Together
Take time this week (and every week) to read with your family! All Preschool, Kindergarten and First Grades
are reading the same book: A Splendid Friend, Indeed by Suzanne Bloom.
There will be special programs
at all County Library locations. |
Meet the Author: Suzanne Bloom
Suzanne Bloom, author and illustrator of A Splendid Friend, Indeed!
will present her program, "It Ended With A Story." Using her books,
drawings, and sketches, Suzanne will explain how she creates her
books from start to finish.

Norton Museum of Art
Hear the book, then go on a scavenger
hunt in the gallery, and create a work of art in the
studio. Free admission for children under 13, $ 8.00 for
